The works comprise the demolition of the existing security building. Site including all services; removal of existing surfacing within the site and excavation to a suitable firm bearing strata below formation levels; placement of fill material to proposed formation levels; installation of reinforced concrete slab, for location of skips and compactors, to include wearing plates cast into slab; installation of surface water drainage, cable ducts, duct chambers and kiosk base and removal of the existing access gate and reinstall in a new location, existing gate to be fenced off
