The Regenda Group wants to procure the provision of water hygiene risk assessments, monthly compliance visits and remedial work, for a large number of properties across the Northwest of England. The work will include, the provision of risk assessment and re-assessment works, this will be delivered by a single contractor. In addition the contractor is required to carry out the provision of monthly and quarterly compliance checks, this will also include remedial work. The contact will last for a period of 3 years.
