Tender description

The Consultant, as Employer’s Agent, will be responsible for the: • Preparation of all necessary construction plans, detailed drawings,specifications and any other information, for all elements of the improvement works set out in the landscape masterplan and associated drawings (see below for what is outside the scope of this Procurement) • Preparation of all necessary procurement documents for the procurement of the main works contractor in adherence to public sector regulations and in accordance with LBTH templates.. • Manage the procurement process in its entirety. Note that the contract will be awarded by LBTH. • Project manage, on behalf of LBTH, the delivery of the improvement works in its entirety. • Administer the building contract on behalf of LBTH. • Provide the following services, for the delivery of the project, where required. o Architectural Design o Civil and Structural Design o Building Services Design o Cost Consultancy o Health and Safety Consultancy o Landscape Architectural Design Keywords: Bartlett Park, Landscape , CLC5060
