CLA Specialist Telephone Legal Advice Services from April 2013

The Legal Services Commission (LSC) is inviting interested parties to submit tenders to carry out publicly funded CLA Specialist Telephone Legal Advice Services for eligible clients from April 2013. This Project contains a Pre Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ 48) and will include Invitations to Tender for the following services: Family Housing & Debt Discrimination Education Applicant Organisations will need to successfully complete the PQQ stage to be shortlisted to participate in the ITT stage of this tender process. Applicant Organisations that are shortlisted at the PQQ stage will be invited by the LSC to participate in those ITTs for which they are eligible. The PQQ in this Project opens on 22 May 2012. The deadline for submitting responses to the PQQ is 12 noon on 19 June 2012. PQQ responses previously submitted will not be considered. All Applicant Organisations must submit a response to the PQQ in this Project as part of this tender process. You must read the Information For Applicants (IFA) before submitting your response.
