Tender description
Central Procurement Directorate (CPD), Supplies and Services Division (SSD) on behalf of the Consumer Council for Northern Ireland (CCNI) wishes to appoint a service provider for the provision of Graphic Design, Artwork and Print Management services of all corporate publications, advertisements, merchandise, exhibition material and notices. Under no circumstances will late tenders be considered, nor is CPD obliged to accept the lowest or any bid.
