CA262 – Provision of Digital Services

Tender description

Digital is set to play a central and pivotal role in the operational and communication objectives of NIE Networks. With c850,000 customers, utilising digital and its associated technologies to deliver value and improve customer service is a crucial requirement to the long term strategy of the business. In developing NIE Networks’ digital presence, we aim to strengthen our brand and our reputation by providing our customers with an intelligent and responsive suite of services. To meet these requirements, NIE Networks wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor (under a Framework Agreement), to provide website and intranet support and development services. The framework will be awarded for a period of 3 years, with the option to extend (entirely at the discretion of NIE Networks) for 2 further 12 month periods. Please Note: this is a call-off contract with work being allocated by the NIE Networks Contract Manager. NIE Networks cannot guarantee the quantity or continuity of services to be instructed under this framework. The amount of work arising from this framework may be less or greater than suggested in this document.
