Stoke on Trent City Council is seeking an investment and development partner for the formation of a new Central Business District in Stoke on Trent. We require a long term partner who is fully committed to delivering a benchmark development that will be seen as an example of the best in 21st century business led mixed-use development. The formation of a new sustainable Business District is a cornerstone for the transformation of the heart of Stoke-on-Trent into a dynamic multi-faceted city centre. The new Central Business District will offer a range of new business services, shops, cafes and restaurants and will be integrated with new and existing City Centre commercial, retail and leisure development. When completed this will offer the best of urban, mixed-use development with over 1,000,000 sq.ft of modern offices, new retail and leisure accommodation, one acre of public landscaped space, parking and other facilities designed and built to the highest modern standards.
