The RIEP is seeking to establish a framework agreement for the provision of Business Process Improvement (BPI) consultancy advice, guidance and training as part of a Business Process Improvement Capacity Building Programme initially across the West Midlands region but also accessible nationally to all local public services including: • All Regional Centres of Excellence in the United Kingdom • All Regional Improvement and Efficiency Partnerships in the United Kingdom • All Local Authorities in the United Kingdom • All Fire Departments in the United Kingdom • All Police Departments the United Kingdom The Business Process Improvement Capacity Building Programme is looking to procure innovative solutions to help the public sector to fundamentally transform the way that services are delivered to the public. Prospective bidders should note that the work included in the framework is not just about applying old style BPI tools and techniques. It is about applying lean systems thinking to fundamentally change the way local authorities deliver services to their customers.
