Tender description

Central Procurement Directorate (CPD), Supplies and Services Division, on behalf of the Department of Culture Arts and Leisure (DCAL), wish to invite tenders for the above contract. The Department of Culture Arts and Leisure requires a service provider to undertake a Business Case (including Economic Appraisal) considering the establishment of a navigation authority for Lough Neagh, River Blackwater and Upper Bann River. The Business Case must also address an ecological assessment under Article 6 of the Habitats Directive (Known as an “Article 6 Assessment”)
