Tender description

Hampshire Constabulary is pleased to invite suitably qualified and experienced Building Control Approved Inspectors consultancies to tender for a range of projects that are programmed to be designed and constructed over the next 2 to 3 years. The intention is to appoint a single Approved Inspectors consultancy to provide advice on all of the listed properties identified in the specification, together with ad hoc call off advice on other smaller refurbishment works. The Approved Inspector should be a Corporate Approved Inspector, licensed by the Construction Industry Council to provide building control services. Applicants will need to meet the Authority's minimum qualfication standards as set out in the tender documentation.
