Bidder Event – Management and Improvement of the Public Library Provision in Torbay

Torbay Council is currently developing a new Library Strategy which will consider the future of all its Libraries, including options for a community or private sector led approach to delivering the service and a review of current library sites which may have the potential for redevelopment. The Council is holding a Bidder Event to inform a business case for a proposal that can demonstrate cashable savings and provide a sustainable, improved Library service for the future.
