Tender description

The Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) is seeking suitably experienced contractors to tender for the fitting out of office space at the British Consulate-General, Los Angeles. The work comprises of the fitting out of approximately 7,300 sq ft of office space. The works include the formation of open plan work areas together with the Consul-General’s office, meeting rooms, cafe/breakout area, reception and public waiting area and ancillary spaces. Mechanical and electrical installations include the provision of new lighting, small power and HVAC.
