Fit out of new office accommodation for the British Consulate, Marseille. The site for the proposed new British Consular Offices is located within ‘Atrium 10.3’, Lot 2, on the first floor of an historic building ‘Les Docks’ within a regenerated former-dockland area off La Place de la Joliette in Marseille. The demise is accessed both via lift and by common stairway. The 114m2 offices will comprise Visitor Reception, Reception Counter, and then via air-lock to an open plan office with 4 no workstations, a meeting room, accessible toilet, tea-point / breakout area and equipment rooms for ITC. The scope of works for the fit-out includes new partitions, security glazing, access control, lighting, small power, heating and cooling, ceilings, carpets furniture and ITC all of which meets UK or similar approved standards.
