Circle Voluntary Housing Association (Circle VHA) has set up Multi-Operator Frameworks in 5 No Lots for the provision of Consultant Construction Design Team Services and Building Advisory Services, across New Build Housing Projects, Refurbishment and Other Projects of a General Nature. Lot 1: Architectural Services; Lot 2: Civil and Structural Engineering; Lot 3: Mechanical and Electrical Services; Lot 4: Quantity Surveying; Lot 5: Project Management / Employers Representative. A maximum of 10, subject to their being sufficient numbers of compliant tenders meeting the minimum pre-qualification criteria, service providers for each Lot have been admitted to the frameworks. The estimated contract value range is listed as 1 EUR as no contract is being formed by establishment of the framework. Any future contract award will be as a result of future min. competitions the value of which cannot be determined at this time. Architectural Services. Civil and Structural Engineering Services.
