Tender description

The London Borough of Hillingdon own and/or manage a large proportion of farm land, woods and parkland within the Borough of Hillingdon. On occasions the land is used by, occupied illegally or without the authority of the London Borough of Hillingdon by large animals normally horses, but occasionally cattle and perhaps sheep. We are seeking tenders from companies that specialise in the drafting and serving of notices, removal and retention of the animals and possible sale. Companies are requested to submit their relevant insurance and health and safety documents and any other documents they think are relevant to the work requested. The Council does not commit to requiring any level of services in connection with the removal of animals from Council owned land and properties. As a guide, however, it anticipates that it may require some degree of these services up to four times a year. Your quotation should be submitted on that basis.
