Tender description

Tenders are sought by Ards and North Down Borough Council for the provision of Grounds Maintenance Support Services. These services relate to support for the Parks and Cemeteries section and cover a wide range work skills and types directly relating to the maintenance and management of the borough’s parks, cemeteries and open spaces. These unique environments require not only practical skills but the ability to work in confined and sensitive locations and within high quality landscapes which interact with the public at many different levels. Tenderers should note that the tender may require the undertaking of significant work which would require the successful party to procure significant amounts of materials on an upfront basis and as such be aware of the credit lines required. There are 5 Lots within this Tender as detailed below. Tenderers may apply for one, any or all Lots. Each LOT will be evaluated separately. One Supplier only will be appointed per each LOT. Tenderers must indicate which Lot(s) they wish to be considered for within the Qualification Envelope.
