Efficiency East Midlands (EEM) invites you to tender for a place on our Property Cleaning and Clearing Framework. The framework is being set up to support our membership with the turnaround of vacant properties and the maintenance of communal areas. The main elements covered by this framework are: - Light/medium and Heavy/deep property cleans - Light/medium and Heavy/deep property clearances - Garden Clearances - Ad hoc requirements such as graffiti removal, needle sweeps, pigeon removal, infestation sprays EEM members are predominately within the East Midlands but not exclusively so and may have requirements in other parts of England and Wales. The Consortia is owned by our members which include Housing Associations, ALMO,s Local Authorities and bodies from the wider public sector.
