Tender description

The authority has a requirement to provide e-Learning training media to establishments within United Kingdom Air Command. The output will comprise of course-ware (single or dual screen), 2D/3D models or animations and interactive pages. All output must be coded in HTML5 and be conformant with MOODLE 2.6 (or above) as well as SCORM compliant (if required). Output shall be delivered on CD or directly onto the Defence Learning Environment (DLE) or user Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) platform. The authority requires output that is designed for a specific solution on an ad-hoc basis; the contract shall not service large volumes of training transformation work. Tasking shall be initiated by the user contacting the FsAST PM directly with their specific requirement. It should be noted that all Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) of the output will be owned solely by the MOD upon successful delivery. The proposed Enabling Contract will be for an initial period of 3 years commencing 1.4.2017, with the option to extend for a further period of 3 x 12 month options, up to 31.3.2023.
