Tender description

St Helens Council is seeking to procure an integrated data tacking and on-line hosting service. The purpose of this service is to track and monitor children’s attendance and attainment data and provide a platform to host an electronic personal education plan,(ePEP), for all looked after children to the local authority aged 4-16. The service will reflect localised needs and requirements and will work closely with local authority teams and other agencies supporting these children. The contract will run for a three year period with option to extend for a further 12 month period dependent on Supplier performance, with an anticipated start date of 1st September 2016.
