The hire of Wooden Chalet style Stalls for the Southport Christmas Market

Hire of approximately 30 Wooden chalet style market stalls,for a Christmas market event, Chapel Street ,Southport. • Please quote for the hire of Chalet style market stalls that are all the same size. (please indicate dimensions with your quote.) • Chalet stalls must be either barn door or counter style with a lockable rear door. • Please include counters within your quotation. • Please include prices for all options that you can supply in relation to single standing or joined units (please state clearly what you are quoting for). • Chalets stalls quoted for and supplied must be lockable and secure for overnight storage. • Chalets stalls quoted for must not require additional anchorage. • Flooring must be included in your quotation. • All the chalets stalls must be the same dimensions • Chalet stalls are only required to open at the front. • An electricity supply will be provided by the Council for each stall. • Please quote for 23 days hire, plus erection and removal on days either side. • Overnight security guards are going to be in place on site for the event duration. • Please include the cost insurance against any damage that might occur to the chalet stalls while they are in situ for the duration of the event. • Sefton Council reserves the right to award the contract/agreement on the basis of a single supplier Final numbers will be made available mid-November dependant on number of bookings.
