Tender description

Dublin City Council proposes to establish a framework agreement and enter into an initial contract for a period of one year with the preferred single service provider for each Lot. This contract is for the supply of Welfare Units (Lot 1) and/or Steel Storage Containers (Lot 2) for Dublin City Council. The delivery will be made to Dublin City Council depots which are located within the Dublin City Council Administrative area. Lot 1 — Welfare Units. The Welfare Units (Type 1 and Type 2) should be made up of three separate compartments with access to these compartments from outside only. Lot 2 — Steel Storage Containers. 5 x 2.3m and 3.5 x 2.3m metal containers with steel door with secure concealed locking. Single axle trailer for Welfare Unit (Type 1), double axle trailer for Welfare Unit (Type 2). Lot 2 — Steel Storage Containers 5x2.3m and 3.5x2.3m (minimum dimensions) Metal containers with steel door with secure concealed locking. The unit shall be capable of storing small tools and small plant. The unit shall have a secure vent and be capable of lifting and moved by mechanical means. Steel anti vandal door with integral suited locks, hidden hinges, and latch to keep door in open position Robust structure Secure vandal proof structure.
