Tender description

Suffolk County Council uses the Genesys CTI platform to support all of its major contact centres both internally and public facing and require Licences and Support for 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support. Incident SLA's. Technical Support. Advice and guidance around best practice and possible enhancements to future use of Genesys within Suffolk. Assistance with developing and delivering new contact centre solutions. Support to ensure our Genesys platform conforms to relevant security standards, including PSN and PCIDSS. Provision of any future licenses for Genesys products.
