Tender description

Fáilte Ireland wishes to enter in to a single supplier contract for a complete managed service for Print and Design Management, Storage and Distribution. Print Management: Management of all printing requirements either in-house and/or outsourced to print suppliers for all print requirements. The successful tenderer will be required to manage all Fáilte Ireland's print and design assets through an online file sharing management system (currently using box.com). Design Management: To provide Design management services to Fáilte Ireland for both print and online requirements. These requirements will be delivered through both an in-house design studio and the management of a panel of design agencies from which to source services. Storage and Distribution: To provide storage, stock control and distribution of printed matter and other items to all Fáilte Ireland offices and other locations as required.
