Tender description

1. Services required – a contract for the following service for a period of 12 months with two options to extend of twelve months each. Services are required from one provider to cover England, Scotland and Wales. 1. Individual Outplacement: • A 90 minute face to face diagnostic discussion with an experienced Outplacement/Careers Consultant • Two one hour face to face meetings with an experienced Outplacement/Careers Consultant • Three months support via telephone and e-mail • Six months access to a nationwide database of job vacancies. 2. Group Outplacement: • For groups of between six and twelve staff • A one day Job Seeking Skills Workshop • Two one hour face to face sessions with an experienced Outplacement/Careers Consultant • Three months remote support via e-mail and telephone • Six months access to a nationwide database of job vacancies
