Masterplanning in respect of land at Wootton Bassett Road and adjacent land in Swindon

Tender description

To date, a development brief and various alternative planning options have been put forward for the core, HCA-owned site at Wootton Bassett Road, which will be made available to the successful consultant. We are now seeking to commission the preparation of a masterplan that considers development of a wider area, not limited to the core site. This work should review and integrate the work already undertaken, offering improvements and alternatives where deemed advantageous or necessary, and should also consider land use planning for the surrounding streets and open spaces.
