Managed Service for Print & Design Management, Storage & Distribution

Tender description

Fáilte Ireland wishes to enter in to a single supplier contract for a complete managed service for Print & Design Management, Storage & Distribution. The successful tenderer will be responsible for the provision of all services to include, at a minimum: Print Management: Management of all printing requirements either in-house and/or outsource printing suppliers for all print requirements. The successful tenderer will be required to manage all FI print and design assets through an online file sharing management system (currently using box.com) Design Management: To provide Design management services to Fáilte Ireland for both print and online requirements. These requirements will be delivered through both an in-house design studio and the management of a panel of design agencies from which to source services. Storage and Distribution: To provide storage, stock control and distribution of printed matter and other items to all Fáilte Ireland offices and other locations as required.
