Tender description

Bromford Housing Group Limited, as a central purchasing body on behalf of itself and any of its current or future subsidiaries (together ‘Bromford’) wishes to invite interested companies (‘Suppliers’) to participate in a procurement exercise to establish a Framework Agreement for the reliable Supply of Legal Services. The current subsidiaries of Bromford Housing Group Limited are: Bromford Housing Association Limited, a Charitable Community Benefit Society incorporated under the Cooperative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014 (FCA registered number: 7106); Bromford Home Ownership Limited, a Registered Society under the Cooperative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014 (FCA registered number: 29991R); Bromford Developments Limited, a Private Limited Company, incorporated under the Companies Act 2006 (registered number: 06507824); Bromford Assured Homes Limited, a Private Limited Company, incorporated under the Companies Act 2006 (registered number: 02677730); The Supplier is required to supply the services (the supply of Legal Services) in accordance with all requirements as set out in the specification. The Framework Agreement is divided into 3 lots as follows: Lot 1: Corporate Finance; Governance and Legislation (Including Asset Management and Health and Safety); Housing Management and Contracts, Commercial and Procurement; Lot 2: Property (Including Construction; Site, Land and Property Acquisitions; Plot Sales; Securitisation; Disposals and Leasehold Work); Lot 3: Employment, TUPE and Pensions.
