The Barnet Clinical Commissioning Group (BCCG) has had a Referral Management Service (RMS) in place since May 2010. Since the implementation of this service the requirements of Barnet has evolved. In line with Barnet CCG objectives, the service was set-up to manage patient referrals from General Practices in Barnet. To ensure that the service delivery meets the increased service expectations, BCCG have taken the decision to produce an enhanced service specification for the Referral Management Service. Barnet CCG is fully committed to delivering fully integrated services that will support a range of borough based care pathways in accordance with our key strategic goal of ‘Ensure Right care, First time’.
