Tender description

This is a refurbishment contract for two identical three storey blocks of eleven three bedroom flats. You will be asked to price both blocks together but the works will be carried out separately and not simultaneously. The work on block two will not start until block one has been completed, so there may be a delay between the finishing of block one and the start of block two. The contract is for a complete refurbishment throughout both blocks converting the sixteen one bedroom flats and two two bedroom flats. The work will consist of window replacement, external wall insulation, three new stair pods, new kitchens, bathrooms, decoration etc.
