Tender description

The BBC is seeking Design agencies to appoint to a Framework Agreement for Design Services. The agencies will work directly with BBC divisions to support campaigns externally and occasionally internally, including but not limited to BBC Marketing and Audiences which coordinates and supports the vast majority of the associated design activity. The role of the Design Roster is to work with various BBC departments as required to deliver bespoke standalone design work, or work alongside the BBC's preferred Creative Services supplier to incorporate brand assets and creative direction, depending on the brief. The Framework Agreement(s) will have a term of two (2) years commencing on 1.12.2016 and ending on 30.11.2018. The Framework Agreement may be extended at the BBC's discretion by up to twenty-four (24) months. If the BBC wishes to exercise this option, it will give written notice to the successful provider no later than 30 days prior to the end of the initial term. Please note that the estimated contract value of 1 500 000 GBP to 3 500 000 GBP is based on the maximum term of 4 years, however, there is no guarantee of any spend under this Framework Agreement.
