GBC NB Measured Term Contract for Commercial Mechanical Services Maintenance and Repairs

Tender description

Guildford Borough Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Service Provider to carry out planned, preventative and scheduled maintenance and, when required, breakdown, emergency and condition based maintenance on the mechanical plant and equipment and associated electrical services within its predominantly commercial building portfolio. The Service Provider is also required to provide a 24 hour, 7 days a week, 365 days a year call out/repair service. The contract duration will be for 5 years (60 months).
