GB-Chelmsford: Fire Alarm Cyclical and Reactive Maintenance

Tender description

Chelmsford City Council is seeking to appoint a Contractor to provide planned preventative maintenance and monitoring for its fire alarm systems in several Council premises located in Chelmsford and South Woodham Ferrers, Essex. The three and a half year contract consists of servicing the existing equipment, continuation of monitoring arrangements and possible extensions or improvements to existing systems. The Contractor must also be suitably qualified holding registration to BAFE Fire detections and alarms systems scheme SP203-1, be a member of the Fire Industry Association and competent to recommend new systems and advise the Council on the level of coverage of existing systems and to advise and quote for additional works where necessary.
