Tender description
The Council wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for the Hire of Hookloader Vehicles on a long-term (Lot 1) and short-term (Lot 2) basis to support our waste operations. The hire vehicles are required to transport waste and recycling materials between its Council Depots and onward disposal outlets during peak months. Lot 1 requires long-term hire of Hookloader Vehicles for a guarantee minimum period of 12 weeks. Lot 2 requires short-term hire arrangements to cover periods of downtime (breakdown, repairs) with the existing fleet. These vehicles will be required on a 24 hour notice period.
