Tender description

Security Services: Repair service and maintain the security, Intruder alarms, CCTV, Panic alarms, Access control. Fire Services: To repair and service: Fire/smoke detection systems, Fire suppression systems, Fire alarms, Electrical maintenance skills. Reactive Maintenance Services — Provide 24/7 yr-round reactive maintenance service, including emergency 2 hour response time to attend to building security and fire defects. Minor Works Service — Minor security and fire works to improve and alter the sites to help with operational and service related changes and demands. Planned Routine (Servicing) Maintenance — Periodic servicing of security and fire services, across the sites including: Intruder alarms, CCTV, Fire Alarms, Fire detection systems, Access control and support to SALTO access system, Gas suppression systems. To provide the Commissioner with services as detailed in the specification in clause 11 and as outlined below: Security Services: (Including but not limited to): The Contractor will provide a service to repair, service and maintain the security infrastructure of the sites including as and when requested: — Intruder alarms, — CCTV, — Panic alarms, — Access control. Fire Services: (Including but not limited to): The Contractor will provide a service to repair, service and maintain the fire infrastructure of the sites including as and when requested: — Fire/Smoke detection systems, — Fire suppression systems, — Fire alarms. To provide the following electrical maintenance skills and services to cover the following 3 main areas: 1. Reactive Maintenance Services — To provide a 24/7 year-round reactive maintenance service to the sites as listed at Appendix A, including an emergency 2 hour response time to attend to building security and fire defects. 2. Minor Works Service — To undertake minor security and fire works to improve and alter the Commissioner's sites as requested to help with operational and service related changes and demands. 3. Planned Routine (Servicing) Maintenance — To undertake periodic servicing of security and fire services as requested by the Commissioner, across the sites including: — Intruder alarms, — CCTV, — Fire Alarms, — Fire detection systems, — Access control and support to SALTO access system, — Gas suppression systems.
