Tender description

The Housing Executive wishes to procure suitably qualified and competent persons to provide a comprehensive Mechanical and Electrical facilities maintenance service to 106 of the Housing Executive's properties across the whole of Northern Ireland. The properties are a combination of office space, DLO offices, hostel accommodation and communal areas in residential high rise blocks. A full list of the properties, split between two lot contracts, is set out in Document B Description of the service. The service is to maintain mechanical and electrical equipment, including lighting, pumps, fire and security alarms and electric power in the Housing Executive's buildings to preserve health and safety for tenants and staff.
