Tender description
Doncaster Clinical Commissioning Group is looking for a providers who are competent to complete initial health assessments for Looked After Children aged 0 - 18 years and the capacity and flexibility to respond to need. Activity is approximately 130 assessments per annum based upon current activity. Further information is attached in the supporting document however if you have further queries please contact Nicola.burrow@doncasterccg.nhs.uk. If you would like to be considered for this service, please send your expression of interest to Nicola.burrow@doncasterccg.nhs.uk by 12 noon on the 10th June 2016. Further information will be provided once the expression of interest stage has closed. Interested providers should also register on www.nhssourcing.co.uk as this procurement eTendering tool will be used for the subsequent process.
