Our Tri-force Operational Planning and Support Unit are looking for external operational feeding for Police Officers, staff and others. The contract will only cover external operations where there is no access to normal staff catering. There will need to be facilities for storage of ingredients, preparation of meals and the means to serve and eat the meals. The supplier will be responsible for disposal of any waste. The service may comprise a breakfast, lunch and evening meal as well as drinks. It will include pre planned event and spontaneous events requiring a maximum 4 hour response to attend. Details in the tender documents to be issued in the week commencing 21.6.16. We shall be holding a Bidders Event on 1.7.16 at Cambridgeshire HQ to discuss the proposals and to give bidders opportunities to ask questions about the tender. There will need to be facilities for storage of ingredients, preparation of meals, the means to serve and eat the meals, which will be carried out on site. The supplier will be responsible for disposal of any waste. The service may comprise a breakfast, lunch and evening meal time provision as well as drinks. It will include pre planned event and spontaneous events requiring a maximum 4 hour response to attend.
