Tender description
NHS Lothian (‘NHSL’) and The Edinburgh and Lothian Health Foundation (the ‘Foundation’) would like to jointly appoint an agent for the marketing and disposal of the assets comprising the current RHSC and ancillary office accommodation at 9 Sciennes Road, Edinburgh, EH9 1LF (the ‘Site’). NHSL and the Foundation are joint owners of the asset. NHSL and the Foundation will also work with the Scottish Futures Trust in respect of the disposal. Appointment for Agency and Marketing Advice Sale of the Royal Hospital for Sick Children.
