Tender description

Major Re-Development of Western Docks and Marina — Consultant Framework Agreement for Architectural, Structural Engineering, Building Services Engineering and Quantity Surveying Services. Dover Harbour Board (DHB) currently uses a variety of suppliers for the provision of construction related professional services. Due to the potential scale of the DWDR Western Docks project DHB is now seeking to establish a framework agreement for the key professional services required throughout the project's duration. Further details as to the Scope of Services for each of the Lots can be found within the procurement documents. It is the intention to appoint no more than 4 (four) practices to each of the Lots. This may be subject to change (+ or -) based upon the quantity/qualitative assessment of tenders received. This framework may be adopted by the wider port (outside DWDR project) and the anticipated value has been adjusted to suit this eventuality.
