Any Qualified Provider (AQP) Minimally Invasive Vasectomy (Male Sterilisation) Services

Tender description

Contract Duration: 2 x 24 months (01/04/2016 to 31/03/18). An AQP window will open 3 months prior to the end of the initial 24 months. This procurement is to to establish a contract under AQP for the provision of Minimally Invasive Vasectomy (Male Sterilisation) Services. NHS Arden & GEM CSU on behalf of NHS Coventry and Rugby who will be the leading Contracting Authority on behalf of NHS South Warwickshire CCG; NHS Coventry & Rugby CCG and NHS Warwickshire North CCG (referred to as the Commissioner(s) is inviting suitabley qualified and experienced providers to deliver these Services. Any provider will be eligible to join the Qualified Provider list as long as they can demonstrate competency against the specified criteria. As a qualified Provider there are no guaranteed levels of activity and payment is based on actual provision. Correspondence and communication will only be dealt with through the Bravo website.
