De Montfort University is seeking to appoint a Contractor to replace the existing luminaires in their Bede Hall of Residence, Leicester, with LED units and install occupancy sensors to control these units. The aim of the project is to reduce operation costs, maintenance costs and carbon emissions associated with the electricity used to provide lighting.
