Provision of an automated, online work-flow approvals system to be mandated for use within NHS England as a route for all business cases to go processed through in order to gain approval to buy non-clinical goods and services. The key requirements of the work-flow approvals system to include: - A flexible workflow component that can be configured to partially automate and bring existing business processes online. - Approving or reviewing board papers and business cases. - Reporting, reviewing and closing incidents. - A workflow module that is user-configurable without the need for coding. - Multi-stage and multi-directional workflow that maps to NHS England's existing business processes. - Multiple question types and sub questions that are shown or hidden depending on answers to other questions. - The ability to append comments to answers being reviewed, either to request further information or clarify areas of uncertainty. - Ability to upload of attachments to support approval processes. - Configurable email notifications. - Security to restrict workflow to the relevant parties. - User dashboard to review the status of existing approval processes.
