Tender description
The purpose of this procurement is to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (known as the DPS) for Care Home and Supported Living Placements, enabling the call-off of Placements for eligible adult social care users. The DPS is an entirely electronic system and call-offs will be made through an e-brokerage (or similar electronic) system. Ealing Council, as the Contracting Body, seeks to encourage a diverse range of Suppliers to join the DPS through this procurement exercise. In addition to Ealing the following Councils (referred to as the Boroughs) will also call-off Placements from the DPS: ? Brent ? Barnet ? Hillingdon ? Hounslow ? Hammersmith & Fulham ? Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea ? City of Westminster There is no limit on the number of Suppliers to be admitted ? additional Suppliers can be added during the term of the DPS subject to meeting all entry and pricing requirements.
