Tender description

The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade provides citizens with a number of different passport types for adults and children within the state and abroad though it's Mission (Embassy) network. The new system will replace existing legacy systems to manage the enrolment, checking, entitlement and dispatch of passport applications to the public. Along with the core system capability of application processing, the new system must provide the capability to scan and manage physical documents, visual drill down reporting capability and knowledge management features. As well as the engaging for the provision of the design, build, test, deployment and support of the new system, the Contractor(s) will be expected to provide project management, change management, training and knowledge transfer as part of the project implementation and transition to new ways of working.
