Tender description
The Open University is looking to outsource an email marketing software solution. Currently the OU is using external agencies for the creation and dispatch of marketing emails to prospective students. The OU intends to bring this work in house. The purpose of this Request for Information (‘RFI’) is to gain a fuller understanding of potential solutions, likely technical requirements, implementation options and requirements and time-scales, potential benefits and indicative costs.
