Tender description

This is an award notice in relation to a contract for a service provider to undertake the provision of residential care services at the following 2 residential care homes for adults with a learning disability in Shropshire which it owns: 1) Lodge Lane, Bridgnorth which has 4 residents 2) Blackfriars which has 3 residents. Applicants were able to tender for 1 or both of the services. The contract(s) for the services will be let for a period of 5 years, from the expiry of current contract in June 2016, with an option to extend for a further 2 years.
