Tender description

Currently the Schools cleaning service is outsourced to Birkin Cleaning Services. The School is placing its Cleaning services to competitive tender and is inviting professional Cleaning organisations to bid for the contract with the intention of awarding the contract following due process by Friday, 9.9.2016 with a contract start date of Monday, 24.10.2016. The School is made up of multiple building of different ages and finishes covering a gross accommodation area to be cleaned of circa 7 478.4 m2. This figure excludes store rooms, plant rooms and commercial kitchens. The School operates Monday to Friday and also benefits from lettings outside of school hours. Current cleaning hours: 6:00 to 8:30 approx. 4 cleaners; 15:00 to 18:00 approx. 10 cleaners; Optional costs will be required; External Window Cleaning.
