Tender description

East Dunbartonshire, East Renfrewshire, North Ayrshire, North Lanarkshire and Renfrewshire Councils (‘The Partner Councils’) have collectively procured a solution for Residual Waste treatment and disposal services (the ‘Project’). The Partner Councils have entered into an Inter Authority Agreement in respect of the procurement of the Project. The Project was procured to assist the Partner Councils in meeting their obligations under relevant EU directives, applicable legislation and the Scottish Government 0 Waste policy.
