Tender description

Mayo County Council intends to put in place a Managed Print/Copy/Scanning/Fax solution for its offices throughout Mayo for a period of three years commencing on 22.8.2016 or on the completion of this tender process whichever is the earlier. However, Mayo Co Council may, at its discretion, seek to extend the contract period for an additional year, bringing the contract term to 4 years, but not guaranteed to be 4 years. Mayo County Council's headquarters is located at Aras an Chontae, Castlebar and there are 28 other offices spread throughout the county where the Managed Print Service will be deployed. The solution will meet the hardware, software and maintenance requirements as outlined in this RFT.
