Landfill-gas electricity generating plant construction work

Tender description

Norfolk County Council would like to invite expressions of interest from specialised landfill gas management and utilisation companies with previous experience of integrated gas management and power generation projects in providing a solution for providing power generation on our Morningthorpe Landfill Site (NR15 2LJ). Methane quality is circa 35 % and total landfill gas flows approximately 40m³/hr. Solutions can include purchase O+M, lease O+M, royalty option, with or without management of the landfill gas field, but are not limited to these options. The site includes an existing 40kW export agreement with UKPN, with some limited opportunities for on-site power sales to adjacent users.
